Awards Process Explained
- You can enter yourself or be nominated.
- Please choose only ONE most appropriate category.
- Nominations are open to previous award winners as well.
- Judges are not eligible for nomination to the Awards.
- Categoroes are open for National and Global entries as well.
- It’s free to enter the awards.
- STAGE 1~ Acceptance
- You will need to accept your nomination before it can proceed to next stage. If you accept your nomination, you will need to send your Acceptance with additional information requested.
- Some people like to nominate anonymously. So as a blanket rule we will not be giving out information who nominated you.
- Pictures
- Nominees are asked to submit a professional head and shoulders photograph in full colour. By submitting these you are agreeing that we may use these for marketing purposes should your application be successful. Please consider the quality of the images you submit and how appropriate they are.
- STAGE 2 ~Finalists
- Judges will check applications and where deemed fit, may add the nominee to an additional or different category.
- Finalists will be required to meet their Judging Panel for a chat. Judges may ask for additional information. No formal presentaions will be required.
- We cannot give detailed feedback to nominees.
- STAGE 3~Awards Night 23 NOVEMBER 2023
- All finalists are required to attend the awards ceremony on Thursday 23 November 2023 when the winner of each category will be announced.
- VENUE – Premier Suite, UoB Stadium, Bolton Stadium Hotel.
- DRESS CODE – Black Tie / Formal
- Judges decision is final, no appeals would be entertained.
- Finalists for VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR & YOUNG ACHIEVER OF THE YEAR will be sent one complimentary ticket to attend the awards evening.
- Sadly we cannot offer complimentary tickets to Nominees/Finalists. Howver, we do have provision for a limited number of ‘Solidarity Tickets’ for finalists. Kindly contact us on individual basis, at earliest opportunity. It will be confidentail and discreet.
