While I don’t do the work I do for recognition, the fact that I have been recognised encourages me to keep going to hopefully make more of an impact on the lives of anyone looking to get into tech from any background to help more people to improve their lives and find careers that they enjoy.
I hope that with the recognition this award brings I will be able to reach more people and support them through the training I’m involved with or through mentoring them into careers that they will enjoy and to think outside the box about how to enjoy their lives wherever they go.
